I went in with absolutely no expectations.. Honestly, I even brought my own cleanser and basic skincare stuff from the start.. I have sensitive skin, so I was worried their products might make me break out again T_T When I went, there were a lot of people.. It seemed like most were there for laser treatment! And I remember they did some kind of service for me, but it only took 2 seconds, so I really have no idea what it was.. hahaha
