Fifth nose revision surgery

After my first surgery, the entire tip of my nose was absorbed, so I spent ten years with a straight, high bridge. Then I looked into a natural slightly upturned line. In 2014 I had a revision with silicone and ear cartilage, but contracture developed, so after removal and 6 months, I had another revision with silicone and ear cartilage at Seoul Jeongwon Plastic Surgery Clinic, but I didn’t like the shape. I just went for a consultation, and they said the redness in my nose was serious and that it would be better to operate quickly, so I had another revision at another plastic surgery clinic with silicone, ear cartilage, and mesh. After that, the tip of my nose turned dark red. A year later, I decided to have just the tip revised at the same hospital and had surgery, but after the surgery it was so swollen that when I asked, they said they hadn’t just used butt dermis but had also replaced the silicone again. Another 6 months later, the tip of my nose turned red again. The hospital insisted it wasn’t red. They said the tip was soft. They said it was red because it was cold in winter. After that, I got Rejuran Healer injected into my nose 3 times because I heard it helps with graft take, but there was no effect, so I finished with 2 fat-grafting injections and kept going for revision consultations while checking for contracture (I paid all the costs myself.) It really feels like this vicious cycle will never end. Because of the contracture, I need to have another revision quickly, but I’m trying to be careful. I’m calming my anxious mind and looking for a hospital with authority in contracture nose revision. I’d appreciate any good advice from people who had similar experiences and succeeded with surgery.
