I had surgery 25 years ago with silicone, and because it was done with an open approach, the scar on the columella was severe. I had laser treatment, but that made the nasal scar spread out even more and become unsightly. From the front it looks really bad, and I can’t even smile. I’ve spent a huge amount of money on lasers, and it’s hard to meet people. I want the silicone removed too, and I heard there’s now revision rhinoplasty using autologous dermis, so I want to have revision surgery. But there are so many plastic surgery clinics that I don’t know where to go, and I’m worried it might go wrong again. I want to get a lot of information.
