This was where I had my second nose surgery, and it was a total disaster.... It wasn't just a failed result; they made such a mess that it became very hard to get revision surgery elsewhere. My columella was originally plump and my nose wasn't ugly, but they cut away the whole columella and raised the tip too high, and it couldn't hold up. The tip collapsed downward like an eagle's beak...ha...really... If I ever get exactly one chance to use a time machine in my life, I'd go back to the day I had surgery here and run away without getting the operation.
