The conclusion is that it’s better to get nose surgery. Because I picked my nose, my nostrils got bigger again lolololol Now I’m looking into nasal tip surgery. A bulbous nose doesn’t improve with alar reduction. It’s obvious, but.. I had it done through a plastic surgery app.. I’m not extremely dissatisfied, but what I mean is that doing only alar reduction has its limits The scars are still slightly there, so I hope you don’t go into it lightly.
