At first, when I was 21, I had bulbous nose surgery at ㅂㄹㅇ. I wanted a flashy-looking nose, but they said my own nose was very short, the skin was thick, and it was a bulbous nose, so it couldn't be made flashy. I had surgery using ear cartilage + septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage. It wasn't high, but the wide bulbous nose improved a bit. Then, when I was 23, I had double-jaw surgery, and my nose looked spread out again, so I had revision surgery at ㅇㅇㄷ. But the bridge looked wide, the nostrils looked even more spread out, and the nasal tip looked upturned. It was ruined hahaha. Seriously, at ㅇㅇㄷ, my eyes were ruined, my nose was ruined, everything was ruined.
