When I said I was debating whether to do paranasal augmentation, lifting, or both, the firm expression with which they said I absolutely had to do paranasal augmentation was memorable. There was no pressure to leave a deposit, but that expression made me trust them and I left a deposit, only to get even more worried after hearing about all kinds of side effects.. (Of course, the deposit refund was handled cleanly and quickly.) Their feedback is really fast here, and I think it would be very good from a patient's perspective that they reply on KakaoTalk in the morning and things like that.
