Completely factory-like. Because they had an event, there were a lot of people. The event price was cheap. Both the doctor and staff were kind, but I was not very satisfied with the procedure.. I had semi-permanent eyeliner removal, but there was no difference. I know semi-permanent removal takes several sessions, but I did not expect it to not come off at all T_T What a waste of money.
