I went for a consultation because my filler had shrunk and I wanted fat grafting, and the doctor was really thorough. They carefully explained everything one by one and kept asking questions themselves, asking if there was anything else I wanted to know. My biggest worry was whether fat grafting would cause sagging, but they drew everything out with a pen one by one up to the point where it wouldn’t sag and said they would only put in a small amount. So I felt confident, and most importantly, they really listened and kept giving feedback, which I liked! I have fillers in now, so if I dissolve them and get fat grafting later, I’ll do it here.
