I looked into dimple creation because I was interested, and went ahead with the surgery. They did a good job shaping the line, but after the surgery and now that the dimple has settled in, I personally felt it would have been better if the dimple line had been positioned a little higher. Within a month after the surgery, the dimple came loose, so I went back and had a revision surgery. After that, I was a bit more careful, and it settled well without coming loose again. (Now I've gained weight, so it's a little hidden....)
