They recommended fat repositioning + fat grafting. They said fat repositioning alone wouldn't improve things and that grafting was absolutely necessary. I heard they do consultations kindly and carefully, but because it was the last time slot on Saturday, I didn't feel that. Still, it's a famous place with no complaints, so it does attract me.
