Before <These are photos from before surgery and after ten days> I decided to get liposuction because I suddenly gained weight over nearly the past 2 years due to stress. I was debating between my abdomen and arms, but decided to do the arms next time during the season when I wear long sleeves, and chose the abdomen!!
I had decided to do it at the hospital where I previously had thigh liposuction, and while looking into it, I heard that it had merged with another hospital, so I went there.
During the consultation with the consultant.. They were having an event for corset liposuction (abdomen + love handles + bra line)! Since it was an “event,” I asked, just in case, whether they would remove less fat by the amount discounted, and she said “absolutely” not! After the consultation with the consultant ended, the director measured the fat thickness with an ultrasound exam, and said that because the fat was thick, the effect would be good. After the ultrasound exam, I consulted with the consultant again. But she said I didn’t necessarily need to do the bra line. At that point, I felt that it was not unconditional sales tactics, and because of the kind and meticulous consultation from the consultant and the director, I thought this was the time, paid right away, and scheduled the surgery date.
For the surgery date, since I only have one day off a week, I decided to do it on my Saturday day off. I had to work the next day without resting, so I wondered what I would do if it interfered with work. The compression garment feeling tight is more uncomfortable But for a smooth line, I decided to wear it consistently 24 hours a day,, so I guess I should put up with this much haha
The bruising and swelling were at their peak on days 3–4 and stayed that way, then from day 7 the pain got a little weaker, and from the tenth day, strangely, the red bruises were almost all gone and the swelling that had been at its peak gradually began to go down. (The hospital said that would happen, and it really did, so it was fascinating.)
And now I’m entering day 12~ They say the swelling still has not gone down completely.. Also, if I press it, there is a slight tingling, numb kind of pain here and there, and the compression garment has now become one with my body, so it isn’t uncomfortable (maybe because it has gotten loose..)
I’m going to have the stitches removed at week 2, and they said they would also do radiofrequency care then!! The swelling should go down more from then on, right!?!? I’m curious how the line will have changed again tomorrow. Swelling, please go down quickly!!!
