Both the manager and the director were kind. The manager kindly explained everything whenever I asked something, which I liked, but it did not feel especially clear. On the other hand, the director spoke with firm confidence, so I felt a bit more reassured. But he did not look at me very carefully, which was a little disappointing, and it felt like the consultation had to end quickly... The cost is much higher compared with the other hospitals I consulted, so I am a bit conflicted.
