First of all, all the staff were so kind! The consultation waiting time got quite long, but they kept apologizing so much that I did not feel bad while waiting. The consultation manager also did not pressure me to reserve, and she was sweet and friendly, answered each question one by one, so I was really happy. But the director was a bit.. careless in the consultation, so I hesitated. Maybe because he came right after surgery, he seemed annoyed and only said a couple of things? Then he asked if I had any other questions, which caught me off guard.. I was asking questions, but it looked like he was about to put his shoes back on and leave...;;; The consultation itself was not bad, but it felt like it lasted only about 10 minutes..? Still, while I was being consulted, I started wondering whether, if I had surgery here, they would really listen to me.
