I was first consulting with the manager, and without even asking what surgery I wanted, she examined my face and wrote things like hump nose, bulbous nose, wide nose, etc. on a pad while critiquing my face They were things I already had a complex about, and it was all true, but watching her write down things to fix on my face for what felt like almost 5 minutes made me feel awful In the end, she recommended paranasal augmentation and, even though I never said I would do it, included it in the estimate on her own Later, when I asked her to tell me the price excluding that, she finally told me It had been my top choice because it was a one-director system and they said they only do two surgeries a day, but I gave up because of the manager’s attitude and the cost being too high
