What is good here is that the doctor and consultation are overall helpful in explaining what the problem is and which areas need to be focused on to improve. They even draw it on a pad while consulting, so it feels intuitive and nice. But the manager pressures people very hard about the deposit... Honestly, the manager makes me hesitant to have surgery.
