I made an appointment for consultation because I wanted alar reduction, and I came back after getting it. Thankfully, I was able to be seen at the scheduled time. They welcomed me warmly at the front desk with smiles, the consultation manager was kind, and the director was kind too. They explained how it would change, so it was easy to understand.
