Review after visiting ㅇㅇㄷ for nose consultation, Director ㄱㄷㅎ I finally had my first consultation. I said I want a Winter-style nose, but if it’s not possible, then it can’t be helped. I said I’d rather have a noticeably glamorous nose than a natural-looking one. (The consultation with the manager was a bit vague, and when I asked questions, it felt like they explained accurately, so I’m thinking of changing managers and having another consultation.)
My nose condition: my nose is very short, upturned nose, bulbous nose, mint threads + other threads are clumped in the nasal bridge Silicone for nasal bridge, ear cartilage for nasal tip, columella lowering, tying nasal cartilage with thread, removal of threads in the nasal bridge Optional: nostril/alar base reduction (they said I could do it later after seeing the nose, and if I do it, to do only a very little), functional correction (they said I have a deviated septum, but if I breathe well, it doesn’t matter)

Review of ㅇ ㅏ ㅋ Plastic Surgery The manager was kind. For my first nose surgery, I wanted it lower than a Winter-style nose. If I definitely want to see an effect: Nasal bridge silicone + alar correction + nasal tip autologous costal cartilage + alar fat removal There’s flesh inside too, and the alae are blunt, so to really hold the shape, autologous costal cartilage is essential. If I want a Winter-style + glamorous nose, like this, 600~ If using donated rib cartilage, 300~
Nasal bridge silicone + nasal tip ear cartilage + septal cartilage + alar flesh removal Natural-looking, but they said with alar correction, some bluntness of the nose may remain. Low 200s
