I went around for consultations, and because my columella is short, it looks slightly retracted,,, but I was recommended lowering the columella with ear cartilage! It’s a method where they graft ear cartilage under the nose. It may be less hard and able to move better than when using other materials,,, but later on, the columella won’t sag or move around, right? If anyone here has had columella lowering by grafting ear cartilage, please share your reviewww. I’m worried
