Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

The pressure to pay a deposit was extremely severe, and the pressure to have surgery I didn't want was also extremely severe. Even though I said three times that I didn't want an upper canthoplasty, they kept pressuring me, saying I would regret it if I didn't do it, so I ended up placing a deposit and leaving. On 11/2, the day of the consultation, the upper canthoplasty kept bothering me, so I contacted them right away to cancel the surgery, but I still have not received a refund of the deposit up to now. Because it was the weekend, I contacted them again on 11/4, and the manager in charge said they would refund me the next day. (I had to argue a lot even for that because they were saying they wouldn't refund it.) On 11/5, they said the manager who had been in charge had quit; make sure to record your calls when you call. This is how they act;;; That day, they also said they couldn't do it because the accounting staff member was on vacation. On 11/6, they said they had processed the refund and that it would take about five days, so I contacted them again today (11/12), and now they say there is no cancellation case? lolololololol Even on the day I went for the consultation, some patient was shouting. Another manager was saying things like they couldn't verify it because the manager in charge had quit? It's just the same routine every time. The doctor's expertise? I don't know because I didn't have surgery there. But doesn't it feel unpleasant to have surgery at a place that responds like this? Don't play games with customers. It's the worst, seriously...
