I went at my appointment time and had the consultation without waiting. The staff were kind, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit or to write a review. The doctor's consultation was professional and kind. It was nice that they answered all my questions without being limited by time, but I'm debating because they said the eye shape I want would be difficult. They speak very honestly. In the reviews, all the lines look pretty, and they seem experienced with procedures and good at canthoplasty too, so I'm torn.
