I went for a consultation there after it was recommended by the Ye*ya cafe. Before the consultation, they were taking photos, and they had patients’ photos up on the monitor while the desk staff were giggling and laughing among themselves. Seeing that made me completely lose interest. But during the consultation, they acted super kind to my face.. I think the hospital’s image really took a hit there. Please don’t make it so obvious~ The hospital is cramped too, so the sofa is right in front of the desk.. Instead of spending time looking at other people’s faces and mocking them, maybe look in the mirror yourselves a bit too.. Director, you really need to train your staff.. This is the first time I’ve had a consultation at a hospital like this The director’s consultation was reasonably okay, but if I put it very positively, it felt like they would operate according to the patient’s needs; if I put it less positively, it felt like, “Do whatever you want, but if it turns out badly, it’s not my responsibility.” Overall, it was below expectations. For reference, I don’t remember the surgery cost well, so I roughly wrote it around that amount.
