Chic review for this community

A place I went to for a consultation after a cafe recommendation. Before the consultation, they took photos, and they had patients’ photos up on the monitor while the desk staff were giggling and laughing among themselves. Seeing that seriously turned me off. But during the consultation, they acted super kind in front of me.. I think the clinic’s image dropped a lot for me there. Please don’t make it so obvious~ The clinic is also cramped, so the sofa is right in front of the desk.. Instead of spending time looking at other people’s faces and mocking them, maybe look in your own mirrors too.. Director, I think you need to train your staff.. This is the first clinic like this I’ve encountered during a consultation lol The director’s consultation itself was fairly okay, but to put it very nicely, it felt like they would tailor the surgery to the patient’s needs; to put it less nicely, it felt like, do whatever you want, but if it goes badly, it’s not my responsibility. Overall it was below expectations. For reference, I don’t remember the surgery cost well, so I wrote roughly around that amount.
