I first had a consultation with the manager, and even though I had made a reservation, I had to wait a bit. I was recording because I didn't think I'd remember all of the consultation, but when they saw that, they said I wasn't allowed to record. I told them I was recording privately because I didn't think I'd remember, but when I asked if it was really not allowed, they suddenly changed expression without giving a clear reason and said, 'No, customer;;' and made me delete it in front of them. Then they took my phone without my permission to check whether the deleted file was still there, which was really unpleasant. They said the advertised price was around 300,000 won per area, but for the same arm there were separate side and back lines, and there was a chart for weight appropriate for height. Since my weight exceeded that, another 300,000 won was added. I expected some extra charge, but it still felt bad. After that, the consultation with the director went well because the director had a good impression and explained things kindly and in an easy-to-understand way while smiling warmly. Then I had a closing consultation with the manager again, and they got very stern with me when I asked questions. I was just asking about things I didn't know, but there was no proper explanation, just a vibe of 'of course;' In the end I only had the consultation and did not proceed.
