My mom had eye and nose (L-shaped) surgery at a hospital 20 years ago. I saw posts saying that if you get rhinoplasty, side effects will definitely come someday... but my mom was fine, so I thought maybe this place was okay, and I had surgery there with the same doctor. The result is that I’m getting revision rhinoplasty They were still sticking to the exact same surgical techniques from 20 years ago, and I got surgery in 2017 with L-shaped silicone lolololol. I just trusted the doctor without any basis. Even if something feels a bit off, don’t think like, “Still, it’s Seoul! They’ll do a good job~” After surgery, what they said was, “Your nose was too low, so I put in one more!” Without saying anything, they really operated however they wanted lololol They placed another silicone piece on top of the L-shaped one, so now there’s about 5-6 mm in there lolololol Everyone, go to consultations at least 3 places or more, compare them, and decide carefully... And if possible, don’t get rhinoplasty. The scariest side effect is contracture... Contracture comes from inflammation... But another doctor said inflammation is a matter of luck... it may happen or it may not, and even after living fine, it can suddenly appear years later; that’s inflammation, they said..
