How much will my nasal tip and columella come down? (Slightly graphic photos, caution)

<Photo of the columella and philtrum angle I wanted (photo I brought) ㅠ><Front-view nose shape photo I wanted, the columella is so pretty (photo I brought)>Because my philtrum is long,

1. Lower the columella a lot 2. A straight line rather than a straight-with-slight-curve/bird-beak style 3. Low glabella area and high nasal tip

These were my requests.

When I was young and didn’t know any better, I got non-dissolving filler and dissolving filler dozens of times, mixing them together. I did get filler-dissolving injections before surgery, but as expected, it stayed the same,

and since it has been almost 10 years since I got the non-dissolving filler, I somehow thought maybe it was too tangled up with my bone, and wondered by myself whether removal might need to be almost like osteotomy-level removal.

Anyway, the surgery is over, and maybe because of the filler removal, even though I didn’t have osteotomy, tremendous swelling is currently ongoing.

It’s really worse than in the photos. My lips and forehead feel more swollen up than just swollenㅠ My forehead isn’t normally that round; it’s all swelling.

It’s still early, but will the columella or nasal tip come down a lot?

Maybe because of the swelling, there’s less columella than I expected and the nasal tip seems angled too upwardㅠ People say it comes down a lot, but I also wonder how much it could possibly come down., My nose feels too shortened.,

Could it come down as much as in the fifth photo? And I’m also curious how they remove filler when removing it. If anyone knows, please leave lots of commentsㅠ
