I had silicone on the nasal bridge, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. My nose wasn’t originally low, but after surgery, even though I’m a man, my nose is getting thinner and becoming too pointy. I’m thinking of getting revision rhinoplasty, and I’m really debating whether I should do it with autologous dermis or just live with it. If I do it with autologous dermis, I’m also debating which hospital I should go to among ㅂㄴ, ㅂㅂ, ㅇㄹ It’s my personal opinion that if you have rhinoplasty with silicone, you’ll probably need revision surgery at least once.
