It's been one month since my revision rhinoplasty. My nose was originally low and small, and 10 years ago I had surgery with septal cartilage and silicone. After that, I didn't like how harsh my impression looked, so I only lowered the silicone, and because I was young then, I didn't even know whether it had turned out well or not, and lived without realizing there was nasal tip drooping. Then I started disliking my nasal tip, and although it wasn't a huge complaint, I also didn't like how the glabella area was high compared with the height of my nose, so I had surgery to improve the nasal tip drooping and slightly lower the glabella area. I didn't do much footwork looking around, so I had surgery using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage (now I regret using donated costal cartilage). I don't originally prefer a high nose, and the photo I showed the doctor was IU's nose. But now that one month has passed since surgery, is it possible for a nose whose glabella area was lowered to become higher than before surgery? No matter how much I account for swelling, it's been a month, and I don't think the glabella area will become lower than before surgery I asked for the nose to be done as naturally as possible, only improving the drooping, but by my standards it's extremely high! Others may say it's not a high nose, but it's not the nose I wanted, and my impression has also changed to look harsh, so I'm even thinking of taking a leave of absence from school My nostrils are also really upturned, and the holes have narrowed too
