It has been 5 years since my nose surgery. Silicone on the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the nasal tip
First of all, the medical staff here are kind, the consultation manager is kind, and the aftercare is best. But I’m not satisfied with the shape after my nose surgery, so I’m considering revision surgery.
The doctor’s preferred style is very much a safe surgery, and accordingly they prefer a natural effect. This is absolutely great for people who want a natural-looking shape, but for someone like me, whose nose was almost nonexistent like Voldemort’s, it’s the worst fit. Even friends who knew me before my nose surgery would never know I had it done unless I told them. It looks so natural that I’ve never once in my life heard someone say, “You had surgery, right?”.. In the end, I’m looking into revision surgery not because of side effects, but because I’m dissatisfied with the nose shape. But I highly recommend it to people who want a natural look without side effects.. Oh right, and it’s not sedation anesthesia but local anesthesia, so I don’t recommend it for people who feel fear about surgery. But for me, it was partly because I know sedation anesthesia is really, really, really bad for the body, and since it’s a one-doctor clinic that probably wouldn’t happen anyway, but I liked that I could directly see with my own eyes that the director was performing the surgery, so I had zero worries about a shadow doctor or hired doctor. Personally, I wish hospitals in Seoul also wouldn’t use sedation anesthesia for noses, but I’m sure they have their reasons. It didn’t hurt at all even without sedation anesthesia.
