Just like the title says, I think my revision rhinoplasty failed... It was my first revision in 10 years, so I researched a lot before getting the surgery, but even the aftercare is a mess It has already been 3 months since surgery, but the columella part of my nose shape has a droopy, sagging feel... Even when I tell the hospital, they only say it's swelling, and the doctor is always in surgery every single time. The scar from the autologous costal cartilage is really serious too, with hypertrophic scar tissue and pain. I'm so stressed that I'm thinking about a third surgery With another revision surgery, would it be possible to shorten the stretched-out part..?
