I had double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method six years ago. When I had consultations, they said both the buried-suture and incisional methods were possible, so I chose the natural-looking buried-suture method.. I’m satisfied with how natural the line looks now, but it keeps coming undone Sometimes the line disappears, so I have to rely on double eyelid tape Even if I were told to do it again next time, I think I’d still choose the natural-looking buried-suture method, but I think I’d look more closely at the surgical method.
