I liked the director's consultation the most.. I've only had consultations at two places so far, but I could feel that they have studied and thought a lot about breast surgery, whether clinically or in terms of research. Since they also have a lot of surgical experience, I guess that's why they speak so confidently.. They explained their surgical plan in detail, told me their judgment about what should be inserted where and why they prefer certain brands, and kept checking things like whether I had questions? whether I understood? throughout the consultation. Things I learned for the first time while consulting with the director, 1. They said the fundamental factor that determines a flat type versus a projected type is that the breast pocket size is fixed, and when you want to put in more cc while matching that size, you end up going with a projected type. Example) The breast pocket width is 11 cm -> an implant with an 11 cm diameter has a set cc amount, right? If you want to go larger in cc than that, you increase it by choosing a projected type. 2. In revision surgery, they open through the same scar and go in (the surgical opening becomes thicker), and when coming out, they close it a bit longer with Biobond, so scar reconstruction is done together on the surgical site. There really wasn't any scar left. Of course, they probably only showed photos like that, but if you manage it well so inflammation doesn't occur, there really is almost nothing left, to the point it looks like a crease. 3. The director likes implants with a firm, bouncy viscosity.. My preference was Sebbin Purity (very soft and floppy; when touched over a T-shirt, it feels almost like touching my own flesh), but it seems like the director doesn't even handle this one. Anyway, the softer Sebbin side is my preference, and it was a good consultation that gave me a sense of certainty that something bouncy like Motiva would move separately from my own flesh. For prices, Sebbin was the cheapest at 8 million, Mentor was 11 million, and Motiva was 13 million. This was the event price.
