I had lateral canthoplasty, and even though they opened it quite a lot, it looks very natural, and I have no side effects at all like scarring or a D-shaped deformity, so I'm really satisfied Honestly, lateral canthoplasty is the surgery I'm most satisfied with. People around me can't tell what changed, but they're making a fuss saying I got prettier lol
