Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Ugh, seriously, the staff here at ㅍㄹㅁㅇ

I’ll leave my plastic surgery review separately.

I really don’t know what kind of people they hired to work at the counter here, but it feels like they just brought in a bunch of high school students. 1. I went in after surgery to check my progress, but they confused me with someone else (we were even different genders), so that person went in for the follow-up while I had a CT scan and then waited for 1 hour. The staff member who made the mistake kept sincerely apologizing, so I thought mistakes can happen and I could just let it go. But then, common sense says they should have let me see the doctor earlier than people who arrived later than I did when I first came to the clinic. I got so annoyed seeing someone who came much later than me get their follow-up before me. I didn’t say anything and just moved on. 2. Anyway, they told me to go to another floor, so I did, and the counter staff there was loudly fighting with another staff member on the phone. Another person waiting and I felt awkward, made eye contact, and laughed. lol But the conversation sounded so openly confrontational, and they were blatantly fighting in loud voices, so it was pretty irritating. What kind of place is this? Up to this point I was going to hold back and not write anything, but today, the day before going for another follow-up, I got a text and got angry, so I’m writing this. 3. I had arranged my schedule starting a week ago, but the day before, they sent a text (and it even had “(advertisement)” attached to it) saying the director’s schedule had changed, so if I come tomorrow I’ll have to wait a long time, and to contact them. Because of this appointment I used vacation time and arranged my schedule before and after it, but when I called, without even one word of apology, they said the director’s schedule changed and if I don’t come 1 hour earlier, the waiting time will be 2 hours. I can understand that the director’s schedule changing isn’t the counter staff’s fault and that things like that can happen, but isn’t it common sense to call first in this kind of situation, explain what happened, and ask for understanding? But their tone was like, “That’s just what happened,” basically saying I should adjust to them, so I was dumbfounded. It wasn’t even several days before, it was the day before. If they do this, shouldn’t they at least ask for my understanding or say, “We’re sorry, this is what happened,” and explain it?
