It’s been about 4 years since my first nose surgery, and I could see the nasal tip gradually drooping, so I looked into revision surgery. I had my first surgery in Busan, but for revision surgery, people around me said it would be better to go to Seoul, so I looked into it and went for a consultation. The clinic facilities were clean and nice. I arrived a little earlier than my consultation time, but they consulted me almost right away. First I had a consultation with the consultant, then with the director. The director explained the surgical method and my current condition in detail. For now, they recommended removing the silicone currently inside and doing surgery with a custom-made implant. They also said they had developed their own surgical method to minimize nasal tip drooping by putting supports? on both sides to prevent tip drooping in cases like mine. When I showed photos of the line I wanted during the consultation, they said the line I wanted would be possible.
