It’s been about 4 years since my first rhinoplasty, and I could see my nasal tip gradually drooping, so I looked into revision surgery. I had my first surgery in Busan, but for revision surgery, people around me said it would be better to go to Seoul, so I looked into it, had a consultation, and came back. The hospital facilities were clean and nice. I arrived a little earlier than my consultation time, but they consulted me almost right away. First I had a consultation with the consultant, then with the director. The director explained the surgical method and my current condition in detail. First, they recommended removing the silicone that is currently inside and doing surgery with a custom-made implant. And they said that to prevent nasal tip drooping like mine, they had developed their own surgical method that places supports? on both sides to minimize nasal tip drooping. During the consultation, when I showed photos of the line I wanted, they said the line I wanted was possible.
