After taking a CT scan, the doctor looked at the CT images with me and began measuring the angles of my side profile. After measuring the nasolabial angle with the columella, the nasal tip angle, and the nasal bridge angle near the glabella, the doctor said that for the golden ratio, this area should be this many degrees and that area should be that many degrees, then drew lines on my CT images according to that golden ratio. To match that ratio, the doctor personally measured with a ruler and said I would need 1.6 cm of silicone inserted, and that was the end of the diagnosis. The consultation with both the doctor and the consultant was not short.
Good points: The consultant was kind, and the doctor was reasonably kind too. The doctor did not seem very old, but seemed to have a fair amount of experience (said he had been doing this for 15 years), and emphasized that his hands are fast. He explained the pros and cons of autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, and told me to choose between the two.
Bad points: On the consultation-room computer desktop, there were face photos of various influencer-like people along with the clinic logo, but the faces were too much in an overdone plastic-surgery style, so they didn’t match the beauty I pursue. And the consultation manager also had a really extreme overdone plastic-surgery style.
