After taking a CT scan, the doctor looked at the CT images with me and began measuring the angles of my side profile. After measuring the nasolabial angle with the columella, the nasal tip angle, and the nasal bridge angle near the glabella, the doctor said that for the golden ratio, this area should be this many degrees and that area should be that many degrees, then drew lines on my CT images according to that golden ratio.
