The explanations they give as a patient about current problems or surgical methods are thorough and pretty good. They kept emphasizing that they had opened their own clinic alone, operated it for a long time, and studied hard on their own. There was a comment in another review saying they were very confident, and I agree with that description. The manager is also soft-spoken, explains things clearly, and is fairly kind.
