Before discussing the price or schedule with the consultation manager, I first had a consultation with the doctor. He spent a long time explaining in detail why the surgery had to be done in this way, including some personal opinions and experiences, so I felt a bit more reassured. The consultation manager was also not pushy about making a reservation at all and only kindly relayed the necessary information.
