If you're only doing 2 to 3 mm, there's no need to take on the risks of cosmetic surgery. It won't show. My skin isn't that thin or fragile either, so they recommended 4 mm and were quite firm about it. Bridge: silicone; tip: septal cartilage + ear cartilage. If you use only ear cartilage, it may look natural for a year, which is nice, but after that it can go down and sag. The shape may not stay pretty, so the septal cartilage also needs to be used to keep it fixed (maybe even more so because it's 4 mm...? ) The doctor is a bit blunt and not exactly warm, but still explained things in quite a lot of detail. The manager is very kind, but this was the most expensive surgery cost among the hospitals I've been to. The career seems long, so I think it may be possible to do it quite stably.
