My nasal bridge was flat, low, and wide, and my nasal tip was bulbous. I felt burdened by the idea of osteotomy, so after discussing it with the doctor, they said it would look more three-dimensional even if only the nasal bridge was raised, so I had 4 mm silicone inserted. The three-dimensional look improved slightly, so the flatness from the front improved somewhat, but the glabella height in the side profile is too high, so my nose became Avatar-like Everyone, when you have surgery, make sure to discuss the glabella height thoroughly
I’m wondering if removing the silicone and getting osteotomy is the only answer
