I had the surgery about 9 years ago. I went after seeing it online (I didn’t want my image to change, so I was looking for a natural place) The second place I went to was Yedam, and I just thought I wanted to do it here, so I decided to go ahead here. I was reluctant about silicone, and when I was deliberating about it, they said 2 mm would be pretty, but it would be fine even without it, so I decided not to use it I had a wide-bone osteotomy, tip cartilage suturing, septal tip, and reduced the columella by 1 mm? That’s what I had done. After the surgery, the osteotomy area definitely felt different from usual, so I was like wow. My friends asked if I had surgery It looks really natural and like my own nose, but the nose line from a 45-degree angle is pretty. Still, I have a somewhat long nose and a bulbous tip, and it doesn’t seem like that was corrected much, so these days I’m looking into revision surgery. But if you want something that looks very natural and refined, this might be good. I remember the consultation manager being very kind, and I think the director also respected the patient’s opinion and said when something wasn’t right, it wasn’t right.
