I had surgery about five years ago? I had a slight protruding mouth, so after looking through reviews everywhere and finding one I liked, I got a consultation, and it turned out to be a review written by an older sister I knew through someone else The hospital was small and there were two doctors. They made an incision under the lower teeth on the inside and inserted silicone for the under-chin area, then made an incision above the upper teeth on the inside and inserted silicone implants into the nasolabial fold area. Now, years later, my chin is still fine with no deformation. At first it wasn’t like this, but now the cheek augmentation implant feels like it’s hardly even there. Maybe because that area moves when you talk, smile, and move, the implant seems to have risen, and I’m not seeing any effect on the nasolabial folds. So I even got filler for the folds somewhere else. In conclusion, the under-chin silicone really gave me a pretty, well-defined line, but the cheek augmentation implant didn’t do much for me, maybe because I also have prominent cheekbones.
