First, I should say that this post is an evaluation written at 2 weeks after surgery, before any side effects were confirmed, so it is not a judgment of whether the surgery itself was successful. First, I think I spoke with the consultation manager for about an hour. But it was not an informative consultation; it was more like a sales session pushing me to do other areas at the same time as the surgery. It was exhausting. Thinking back, I wonder if I should have noticed that and run. After that tiring consultation, when they said that if I put down the deposit then and there I could get surgery at a discount from a famous doctor, I got tempted and booked it. Only afterward did I start seeing bad reviews everywhere. Honestly, the aftercare from the doctor and staff is the worst. After surgery, until the stitches were removed, I never even saw the consultation manager or the doctor. They do not even connect you to the usual chat app. One phone call came from the consultation manager. After that, even if I called, someone else picked up, and if I wanted to talk to my assigned manager, they said they would call me back, which meant waiting at least 3 hours. Sigh.. If only the post-op course were good, none of this would matter, but they are telling me to wait 3 months for the doctor to check the progress, and it feels like I am going to die from the stress.
