I had surgery here. The doctor is really kind. He is also skilled and honest with nose surgery. My nose was really difficult.. I went to 4 clinics and all of them told me to go back because they couldn't touch it, but I got it done at Mirim. I'm really satisfied with the shape, but one of the biggest issues after nose surgery is nostril asymmetry Ugh.. Because of that, I'm planning to go back to Mirim next year to have it slightly adjusted. It seems like they also handle aftercare well.
