The waiting time for the consultation was a little long, but I thought it was fine since surgery was scheduled, so I waited! It was obvious they were busy with surgeries, which made me trust them even more, and I was also grateful because the consulting manager was so kind. The consultation content was not complicated and was concise, which I liked, and I could feel comfortable because they explained carefully what kind of image I would get if an implant was inserted, and how the surgery would proceed if I did not choose to insert one!
