Square jaw surgery review

It has been 5 years since I had surgery. I only had my square jaw done, and after 5 years I developed some mild sagging, and I’m 35 now. (I mean it could also be sagging due to age ^^) After the sagging happened, the deep cheek area sank downward, so the area that hadn’t been visible before, meaning from the chin tip that was not cut because they only cut exactly the square jaw, the bone-cutting area became more noticeable. Before, when I touched it, it felt straight from under the ear to the cut area, and from there the chin tip could be felt slightly like a step, but it wasn’t visible and I only knew by touching it. But once it sagged, it became so visible, so I think I need to have the line refined again and get lifting. No matter how much lifting is done, once I can see it, it keeps bothering me. The clinic didn’t mention it, so I didn’t know, and after all the swelling had gone down, I asked after surgery and got the flustering answer that since I hadn’t specifically said anything, they only cut the square jaw I guess some hospitals include this as a separate option. Anyway, if anyone is planning square jaw surgery, definitely check with the hospital. Ask whether it will be cut smoothly all the way to the chin tip, or whether it will be cut in a straight line only at the square part and left like a step, like mine.
