I had a consultation for my first hump nose surgery The director's consultation was really professional, detailed, and kind They said it would be good to create a pretty shape while putting as little burden on the nose as possible But if there are parts I want, it seems like they would listen to everything I also prefer it to be as natural and safe as possible, so I agree with the director on that part and don't have anything else in particular that I want This is my 5th consultation, and honestly, what they say is all pretty similar, but after the consultation, the way this doctor explained things was the most persuasive Just based on the consultation, this place appealed to me the most out of all the places I've been so far And they said the nose shape the doctor has in mind and the nose shape the patient has in mind need to be the same, so I liked that too I heard that at some other places, the director may make it into the shape they want But here, it seems like they try to listen to the patient's opinion as much as possible The surgical method is to slightly refine the hump, and for the nasal tip, use septal cartilage, and if there isn't enough, use ear cartilage, they said. That's it I liked that it wasn't excessive, and they told me to bring the nose shape I want They said they would look at it while operating lol I also liked that the consultant didn't do any sales pushing
