The manager who answered the phone was busy, I guess, because the phone reservation call was quite unfriendly. Also, the call came earlier than the reservation time, and they said that if I came now, I could get a consultation sooner. Since I was nearby, that was lucky, but I felt that the CS was pretty poor. However, when I consulted with Dr. ㅅㅈㅁ, he explained things directly with materials, which I really liked and found easy to understand intuitively. He also explained well how much the bridge of the nose should be raised to look natural or to look very high, and I liked that he didn’t just say it verbally but also showed on photos how the incision would be made and how much the height would change.
